Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev is a 28 year old Ukrainian entry fragger for Natus Vincere. Together with his team, he has recently made the Top 8 of ESL One Cologne 2016, the second CS:GO Major, which had a $1,000,000 prize pool, courtesy of Valve Corporation, the makers of CS:GO.
Together with Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko, Edward is one of the two oldest members of Na’Vi. Both players are 28 years old at the time of writing. This makes Edward one of the oldest professional gamers in the world. Of course, it’s not entirely surprising, because the Competitive Scene of CS:GO is one of the oldest still alive. Playing Counter-Strike is probably the only thing Edward wanted to do starting in his teenage years. I’m just happy that he’s living the dream.
Hopefully, the CS:GO scene stays healthy in the future and Edward’s skills sharp, allowing him to keep competing. Even if his career as a player would end, Edward would probably be able to find some kind of occupation related to CS:GO as he is widely known and respected in the scene.
Edward’s skins were a bit frustrating to look for. It seems as if he doesn’t really like the CZ75 – Auto or Five-SeveN. He hasn’t bought either all through the whole of ESL One Cologne 2016.
Here is a table of the most important skins used by Edward in ESL One Cologne:
